Man pleads guilty to assaulting girl
EDINBURG â€" A man pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 12-year-old girl at a McAllen community center last year. Victor Manuel Lopez, 20, entered the guilty plea Friday morning in the 332nd state District Court on the aggravated sexual assault of a child charge.
