Is banning sex offenders from sites like facebook and myspace a violation of human rights?
I have asked several sex offender based questions in the past as I have a family member who is a sex offender. I am always fighting for equal rights for sex offenders, and I would like to know if it is a violation of free speech or human rights for them to be banned from social networking sites. If it is I would also appreciate references to help me file a suit. Thank you!

If they violate the human rights of another human, why should they have human rights for themselves?
